Essays and Snippets on Writing

In 2013, I was guided through the process of creating a website while reading my copy of WordPress: the Missing Manual, and so I had become familiar with what today is called the Classic Editor. When WordPress changed over to the Gutenberg system in 2018, I found the new one hard to grasp. I’m only now beginning to see its benefits. The number and quality of websites offering advice on writing has burgeoned in the years since I created mine. I hope you will scroll to the right of this Essays and Snippets page, and sample a few former blog posts I’ve gathered there for you to read. I will be adding links to three of my favourite sources of advice at a future date.

  2. Very nice post. I just stumbled upon your blog and wished to mention that I have truly loved surfing around your blog posts. In any case I’ll be subscribing for your feed and I’m hoping you write again very soon!
